Brief description of the procedure for undertaking mobility for study purposes

Every year, in the early months, the selection call is published. The call provides detailed instructions on how to apply, information on financial support, and the criteria used to evaluate applications. At the end of the call, the Departmental Erasmus Committee evaluates the applications and draws up a ranking list. Places are assigned based on this ranking list, taking into account the preferences expressed by the student in the application form. Selected candidates must enroll at the host university (application) and complete the Learning Agreement, which describes the activities the student intends to carry out during their mobility period and the courses that will be recognized upon their return. Thesis work is also among the activities that can be carried out abroad. The Learning Agreement must be approved by the Department Delegate and the host university. At the end of the stay abroad, based on the Transcript of Record, the Department Erasmus Committee examines the results achieved and recognizes the exams passed, in accordance with the Learning Agreement and the assessments received.
